Major in Nutrition Management

The Major in Nutrition Management contributes to a Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition (BScFN) degree. The Major is comprised of required courses, including practicum courses.

Upon completion of this Major, students have the opportunity to apply for the professional designation, P.H.Ec. (Professional Home Economist).
