Booking Spaces in WIRB

Bookable Spaces

Located on the main floor of the Western Interdisciplinary Research Building (WIRB) you will find classroom spaces including WIRB 1170, 1130, 1120, and 1110 and on the 3rd floor there is a large boardroom, WIRB 3000.
The classooms and room 3000 can all be reserved through the Office of Institutional Planning & Budgeting (IPB) & Room Reservations.

How to book the Boardroom & Classrooms in WIRB

The following Rooms are booked externally from the CBM:

WIRB 3000 - The large boardroom on the 3rd floor is booked through IPB at bookroom@uwo.ca

Classrooms - Located on the main floor of WIRB are booked through IPB at bookroom@uwo.ca

WIRB 3189 - The small boardroom near Rm 3000 is booked through WIN at fergu8@uwo.ca
