IOF - Infrastructure Operating Fund
To utilize IOF funds, your infrastructure must be operational. IOF funds are for expenses you incur to keep your infrastructure in operational state. Please refer to IOF guidelines on CFI website for expense eligibility.
Research Development and Services (RDS) manages the yearly request in May/June to CFI for all new IOF grantees. RDS will be in contact with you with regards to your application for these funds
Once the IOF funds are approved, they are monitored and reported to CFI by Research Finance. Each year Research Finance will contact you to review the expenditures and to request a forecast of next year’s spending
