Advisor Reporting Forms
Students are required to report the selection of an Environment and Sustainability Advisor within the first term of studies in the program and submit a form following each meeting with the Advisor.
Advisor Selection Form
Due: within the first term of studies in the Collaborative Specialization in Environment and Sustainability program.
Advisor Meeting Form
Due: a minimum of one meeting per annum is required. The reporting form is due following each meeting.
