How to Update the Western Directory

Each unit has a designated Directory Coordinator who is responsible for updating the data in the Western Directory. The coordinators can update all the data except a person's first and last name.  This information comes from Human Resources and must be updated through Human Resources.

An individual can request changes to their personal information (preferred name, e-mail address, etc.) by contacting their unit's Directory Coordinator or by completing the Update Request for Personal Data form.
