Understanding AI and Its Implications for Education

This session will consist of a brief presentation providing an overview of AI technology and AI affordances and concerns in Education. We will talk about various AI tools such as ChatGPT.

The bulk of the session will be time for the group to collectively discuss their concerns, hopes, and ideas for AI in their own teaching practices and contexts.
