The Kinesiology Undergraduate Team is available to support students throughout their academic career. Depending on the type of support required, students can connect with a Kinesiology Academic Advisor by booking an appointment, through live chat or via email.

Get quick answers to questions related to policy, course registration/changes, general questions, intent to register, appeals process, progression, requests for overload, requests for unbalanced load, special permissions.
Monday – Thursday
- 9:30 to 11:00 a.m.
- 1:30 to 3:00 p.m.
Friday
- 9:30 to 11:00 a.m.
Email Support
Get support related to graduation checks, academic considerations, letters of permission or exchange opportunities (initial inquiries only).
Emails may be sent at any time but are only answered by the Kinesiology Undergraduate Team during regular business hours.
Response times can vary by time of year. Typically, it can take 2 – 3 business days to receive a response, however during peak times, such as course registration, response times may be longer.

Make an Appointment
Different appointment types are available depending on the nature of support required. Academic Advising are 30 minutes and can be booked for complex academic concerns, to support career/graduate program selection, and to plan Exchanges. Quick Questions are 15 minutes and are best suited for straightforward course enrollment and progression questions.
Quick Question appointments are released 3 days prior at midnight (see schedule on the 'Book an Appointment' page) and Academic Advising appointments are released 14 days prior to available times.
