Lisa holds a PhD in Community Health Sciences from the University of Manitoba. With a diverse background in health sciences research and programs coordination, she contributes a distinctive skill set to the CANSpine research group. In her role, Lisa works with leading researchers and patient partner advisors at both national and international levels, supporting transdisciplinary clinical research projects focused on the comprehensive assessment and effective management of musculoskeletal spinal pain. She is notably involved in the implementation of SPINA, the first international clinical registry aimed at improving the understanding of spinal pain and enhancing treatment plans and health outcomes for patients worldwide.
