If you are a Project Manager or Department Head, please use this form to request a CSPTED audit for your department/building/area, etc.

Before You Submit

Use this form to submit a CSPTED request.

  • This form is not monitored for emergencies or situations requiring an immediate response.
  • Call 911 for an immediate threat to life, a serious crime in progress, a fire, or a medical emergency.
  • Call WSCS at 519-661-3300 for urgent campus safety concerns that are not emergencies.
  • Information submitted through this form will be shared with the Western personnel responsible for reviewing and responding to your submission.
