How to Update the Western Directory

Each unit has a designated Directory Coordinator who is responsible for updating the data in the Western Directory.

See list of coordinators. The coordinators can update all the data except a person's first and last name which come from the Human Resource System.

An individual can request changes to their personal information (preferred name, e-mail address, URL fax number) by contacting their directory coordinator or completing the Update Request for Personal Data form.
