Phytochemistry Platform Technology Group
The Phytochemistry PTG conducts studies to:
- Develop product quality standards
- Characterize and phytochemically differentiate Ontario ginseng land races
- Undertake an advanced analysis of ginseng polysaccharides
- Evaluate root and seed samples to determine the extent of plant-to-plant and grower site-to-grower site variability in the Ontario commercial ginseng crop
