Royal Agricultural Winter Fair 2013
The Ontario Ginseng Innovation & Research Consortium will exhibit at For the Love of Food during the 91st Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in Toronto from November 1 to10, 2013.
Come find us in The Future of Food & Farming exhibit area to learn about the health benefits of ginseng and receive information about on-going research.
On November 6th from 4-5pm, Dr. Ed Lui will represent OGIRC at the Chef’s Station, preparing ginseng soup and discussing the importance of each ingredient in this healthful food. Make sure to come by to learn about and sample this delicious soup.
