Permit/Visitor Parking Lots

Be advised that lot availability is subject to change due to special events on campus.

Some of our permit parking lots can be accessed by valid permit holders or visitors paying by credit card (during posted times). Credit card customers must obtain a ticket upon entry (if gated) and will pay by credit card on exit at a rate of $1.50 per half hour to a daily maximum of $12 in the Springett Student Lots and up to $21 in all other gated lots. 

Note that permit holders who utilize visitor parking lots by pulling a ticket to enter a visitor lot must make payment by credit card on exit as it is considered a visitor parking session and not a permit parking session.

Visitors parking overnight or early in the morning must vacate lots by 7 am unless they have the appropriate lot permit.

Althouse College Lots (off Western Road)

Monday - Friday 4 pm - 7 am Pull ticket to enter and insert to exit. Under 4 hours is complimentary parking for Grad Club Patrons. After 4 hours is hourly rate $3/hour.

South Valley Lot (North East of the recreation centre off Huron Drive)

Westminster Hall Lot (off Windermere Road just West of Richmond Road)

Monday - Friday 7 am - 4 pm This is an ungated staff permit lot during business hours. Enforcement is by License Plate Recognition Technology. No visitor parking in permit area until after hours and on weekends. Visitor parking is available during the day in Pay and Display area, $1.50 per half hour.
Monday - Friday 4 pm - 7 am Ungated permit lot allows visitor parking after hours via Honk Mobile (credit card) or Pay and Display (credit card or cash), $1.50 per half hour.
Saturday - Sunday ALL DAY Complimentary parking.
