Equity and Human Rights Services (EHRS) is dedicated to making Western an equitable, safe and supportive environment for all members of the University Community. This service provides assistance to all members of Western’s community, including student, staff or faculty members. Rehabilitation Services promotes employee health and wellness and strives to minimize the impact associated with disability throughout the organization. The services, available to faculty and staff, include injury prevention programs, work accommodation, implementation and evaluation of return-to-work programs and ergonomics services.
