Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)

On March 30, 2010, Western submitted its first compliance report pursuant to the AODA Customer Service Standard.

Ontarians with Disabilities Act (ODA)

Under ODA, Western is required to prepare an annual accessibility plan. The purpose of an accessibility plan is to document barriers to accessibility that have been removed to date and identify those barriers that will be removed in the coming year.  For copies of Western’s plans, please see below:
