The Campus Recreation Student Staff Recognition Award pays tribute to the amazing student staff who work so hard and make strong contributions to Western Campus Recreation. One of the best parts of my position is being able to work with like minded Individuals who have similar interests, and being able to build upon that to create friendships. What is your favourite way to be active? My favourite way to be active is to lift weights or participate in a workout class like pilates

What are the best parts about your position? The ability to engage with members and directly improve their experience in physical activity. It can be uncomfortable for some people working out in a public setting, so being a smiling face and a helping hand for them is always so fulfilling! What is a random fun fact about yourself? This year I decided to build my own PC computer (who knows if I did it right!)
