Cascade

WTS offers instruction in Cascade (Western's Web Content Management System)
There is no charge to use this system. WTS will provide training and assistance to any area that wishes to move their web sites into Cascade.

What is Western's Web Content Management System?
It is a system that manages web content (rather than web design) and is available to any unit interested in using the standard Western look and feel designed and maintained by the Department of Communications and Public Affairs.

How do I ask for training in Cascade Server now?
To determine if you are eligible to use Cascade Server to maintain your web site, contact the WTS Helpdesk.

Microsoft o365 online videos:
Microsoft has been making more of an effort to provide better support for their apps with how-to videos that are very helpful and informative. In most cases, you can just add a product name at the end of their support URL (https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/) and it will take you to the associated "help and learning" page.
