FINN is Now Live in Western Financials!
We’re excited to announce that FINN, our new chatbot assistant, is now live in Western Financials as part of a pilot project!
FINN is designed to help you find information and get answers to common Western Financials questions quickly and easily. You can access FINN directly within Western Financials, making help available right where you need it.
FINN is learning, too
As a pilot project, FINN will continue to learn and improve after launch. While we’re working to provide FINN with the information it needs to be a helpful resource, there may be times when it doesn’t understand a question, provides an incomplete answer, or simply doesn’t have the answer yet.
That’s where your feedback can help.
As you use FINN, we encourage you to let us know about your experience - what worked well, what didn’t, and what you’d like FINN to be able to help with in the future. Your questions and feedback will help us understand what’s working well and identify opportunities to make FINN even more helpful for our Western Financials community.
