Brief Introduction of Dr. Andy Babwah:

Dr. Babwah is an Assistant Professor at the Departments of Physiology and Pharmacology, and Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a scientist of the Child Health Research Institute. His research interest is concerned with the roles of GnRH receptors in human trophoblast migration and invasion of the uterus (funded by the CIHR).

Main Collaboration between Dr. Lala’s Lab and Dr. Babwah ’s Lab:

Dr. Babwah provides his expertise in proteomics in Dr. Lala’s research. Currently his collaboration is devoted to identifying the nature of Decorin receptor on the human trophoblast. He serves on the advisory committee of Daniel Iocab (MSc. student).
