Additional tornado for Jul 10 SK outbreak
The NTP has confirmed an additional tornado via satellite imagery review that was part of the July 10 tornado outbreak in Saskatchewan. The tornado occurred at Birch Hills in central SK and is rated at EF1 based on tree damage.

Description: Satellite imagery review of a storm track of interest revealed a weak damage path through a forested area northwest of Birch Hills. High-resolution Google Earth satellite imagery also revealed visible treefall along the path. Damage assessed as EF1 tornado, with an estimated max. wind speed of 145 km/h, track length of 2.19 km and max. path width of 70 m. Tornado motion was from the SW (approx. 230 degrees). Start time is radar estimated.
