Two SK tornadoes on June 13/14

The NTP has confirmed two weak tornadoes in SK, the first occurred on June 13 near Coleville and the second on June 14 near Hepburn. Both have been assigned an EF0-Default rating given no damage was reported or detected.

Date: June 13, 2025

Start Time: 6:00 PM CST (0000Z)

Final Classification: Tornado (Over Land)

Final EF-Scale Rating: EF0-Default

Estimated Tornado Location: 51.68N, 109.23W

Description: Witnesses captured video and photo of a tornado south of Coleville. No injuries were reported. As no damage was reported and satellite imagery review revealed no visible damage, the EF-scale assessment is default EF0. Information available insufficient to accurately estimate track length, max. path width and tornado motion. Start time is based on witness report.
 

Event Name: Hepburn, SK

Date: June 14, 2025

Start Time: 3:41 PM CST (2141Z)

Final Classification: Tornado (Over Land)

Preliminary EF-Scale Rating: EF0-Default

Estimated Tornado Location: 52.52N, 106.71W

Description: Witnesses captured video and photos of a tornado in the Hepburn area. No injuries and no damage has been reported. The preliminary EF-Scale assessment is EF0-Default. Satellite imagery review is pending. Start time is based on witness report.
