Two EF0 tornadoes in London, ON on July 10

NTP investigation has confirmed that two EF0 tornadoes occurred in London, ON on the afternoon of July 10 as the last remnants of Hurricane Beryl moved across the region. Funnel clouds were captured on video by two witnesses, who were each able to pinpoint the area the funnel cloud that they saw likely moved over.

An NTP storm survey team was able to find evidence of wind damage in both locations - some tree damage for the West London event, and for the Hyde Park event witness descriptions of the tornado and related tree damage at a golf course as well as some crop damage - enough to construct a short track.

Thanks to Andrew Colvin and Daniel Hart for contributing the video and helping us to find the evidence we needed to confirm these as tornadoes.

More details are available in the event summaries below, as well as maps and survey images. The tornadoes can also be plotted using the NTP Dashboard here.
