Verbal Presentation Instructions

• 12 minutes for the presentation
• 3 minutes for questions

• PowerPoint (.ppt). Not .pptx or other formats to avoid compatibility issues
• Optimized to run on Windows computers
• Users will not be running their presentation from their own laptop

• Please bring your presentation on a USB key to the session room
• Include your last name and initials in the file name
• The deadline is the 15 minutes before your session begins

Poster Presentation Instructions

• Portrait orientation
• Maximum size should be 4 ft tall (122 cm) by 3 ft wide (91 cm)

• Date: Friday May 3 at 5:00- 7:00 PM in the Kingsmill Room
• Put up your poster anytime after 1pm
