The Department of Modern Languages and Literatures at Western University, in partnership with the University of Holguín, Oscar Lucero Moya (UHO) offer a chance for students to immerse themselves in the language and culture of Cuba, while earning course credit at Western.
All courses are taught in Spanish, with the exception of Spanish 1030 for beginners.
Full courses (Spanish 1030, 2200 and 3300) are planned to run from April 29 to June 7, 2013 (6 weeks, with 20 hours of instruction per week).
Half courses are planned to run from April 29 to May 10 and May 13 to May 24, 2013 (two weeks, with 20 hours of instruction per week)
Course availability is subject to student interest
Cultural and recreational excursions are organized for all participants.
