Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing via mail, fax or e-mail to the Canadian Centre for Activity and Aging. Cancellations received or postmarked before June 29, 2012 will receive a full refund minus a $25 administration fee.

Cancellations received or postmarked between June 30, 2012 and July 11, 2012 will receive a refund of half the conference registration fee. All cancellations received or postmarked on or after July 12, 2012, are non-refundable.

Conference registrations are non-transferable and must be used by the registered attendee only. We regret that we are not able to make any exceptions.
