All cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 10 business days prior to the camp start date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 10 business days prior to the camp start date. A 20% non-refundable administration fee is applied to all other cancellations.
No refunds will be provided to campers who do not attend camp
All medical withdrawals with a medical note (required) will be provided a full refund
