Mental Health Research Canada (MHRC) and the Ontario Centre of Excellence for Child and Youth Mental Health (the Centre) are partnering on three grants of up to $100,000 each to advance both our understanding of the mental health impact of COVID-19 on families in Ontario, with a particular focus on families from vulnerable groups who experience issues with accessing or receiving high quality mental health care.

The application process will have two stages: Letter of Intent and INVITED Full Application. Up to six applicants will be invited to participate in Stage Two.

Application Details:

To be eligible for this grant, the applicants leading the project must be co-principal investigators who are landed immigrants or Canadian citizens and who are supported by a team. CoPI are a researcher and a member of core service providing agency. PLEASE SEE DETAILS ON THE CALL FOR PROPOSALS

10% ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS CAN BE ADDED TO BUDGET

NOTE: All Letters of Intent and Full Applications must be processed through Research Development & Services for institutional approval. Requests for Institutional approvals should be received no less than 3 days prior to the posted Sponsor deadline. A ROLA Proposal (bearing applicant, Chair and Dean electronic approvals) is required for each submission.
