Description: |
The Canada First Research Excellence Fund (CFREF) is a unique institutional program to support large-scale research programs focusing on an existing institutional thematic area aligned with the Government of Canada's science, technology and innovation (ST&I) priorities for the CFREF and Canada Excellence Research Chairs (CERC) programs. Institutions with successful LOIs will be invited to submit a full application. The full application requirements will be shared with those institutions by email. |

NOTE: All Letters of Intent and Full Applications must be processed through Research Development & Services for institutional approval. Requests for Institutional approvals should be received no less than 3 days prior to the posted Sponsor deadline. A ROLA Proposal (bearing applicant, Chair and Dean electronic approvals) is required for each submission. |
