Description: |
The goal of the Stemmler Fund is to support research or development related to innovative assessment approaches that will enhance the evaluation of those preparing to, or continuing to, practice medicine. |

Application Details: |
The Proposal phase begins in the fall, with a January deadline. This phase consists of a comprehensive application process, whereby selected investigators submit full proposals. Proposals undergo peer and committee review, and one to three are selected for funding. The maximum grant award is $150,000 up to two years. |
|
NOTE: All Letters of Intent and Full Applications must be processed through Research Development & Services for institutional approval. Requests for Institutional approvals should be received no less than 3 days prior to the posted Sponsor deadline. A ROLA Proposal (bearing applicant, Chair and Dean electronic approvals) is required for each submission. |
