Description: |
The ADDF-Harrington Scholar Program is dedicated to advancing academic discoveries into medicines for Alzheimer?s disease and related dementias. This unique award provides funding and project support by a team of pharmaceutical industry experts through a collaboration with the Alzheimer?s Drug Discovery Foundation (ADDF) and the Brain Health Medicines Centers of the Harrington Discovery Institute. Funding is provided through mission-related investments that require return on investment based upon scientific and/or business milestones (see Our Research Strategy for more information). |

Applicants should submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) through the ADDF Funding Portal.
Please choose the Letter of Intent option for your ROLA Proposal.
Successful letters of intent will be invited to submit a full proposal.
ADDF FUNDING IS NOT PROVIDED FOR INDIRECT COSTS/OVERHEAD |

NOTE: All research-related grant applications, letters of intent, contracts and agreements requiring an institutional or organizational signature must submit related documents to the Office of Research Services for review and approval. Requests for institutional signature should be received a minimum of five to ten business days before the
posted Sponsor deadline. Please see Western Research's website regarding the institutional signatory process for more details. Specific opportunities may have their own timelines and requirements for submissions. A ROLA Proposal submitted by the PI and bearing department and faculty approvals is required. |
