Horizon Europe is the ambitious EU research & innovation framework programme for 2021-2027
Its overarching goals are: to strengthen the EU's scientific and technological bases and the European Research Area (ERA); to boost Europe's innovation capacity, competitiveness and jobs; to deliver on citizen's priorities and sustain our socio-economic model and values with a particular focus on creating impact or the European Green Deal, the digital and sustainability transition and recovery from the coronavirus-crisis.

EIC Pathfinder Open supports early stage development of future technologies (e.g., various activities at low Technology Readiness Levels from 1 to 4), based on high-risk/high-gain science-towards-technology breakthrough research (including ?deep-tech?). This research must provide the foundations of the technology you are envisioning. |

Requests for institutional signature should be received a minimum of five to ten business days before the
