This Program offers the opportunity to nominate outstanding researchers for senior professorships to further the institution's overall research priorities & enable them to maximize their contributions as centres of research & research training. Nominees positions must be full professors or associate professors who are expected to be promoted to the full professor level within one or two years of the nomination. Alternatively, if they come from outside the academic sector. |

Application Details: |
Nominee must be outstanding researchers having made a major impact in their fields; be recognized internationally as leaders in their fields; have superior records of attracting and supervising graduate students and postdoctoral fellows The nomination process comprises of : University submits Strategic Research Plan, Nominee completes online CV form, nomination form, CFI request and forwards PIN number to university, University submits all forms to CRCINDIRECT COST MUST NOT BE LEVIED ON THIS PROGRAM |

NOTE: All Letters of Intent and Full Applications must be processed through Research Development & Services for institutional approval. Requests for Institutional approvals should be received no less than 3 days prior to the posted Sponsor deadline. A ROLA Proposal (bearing applicant, Chair and Dean electronic approvals) is required for each submission. |
