Description: |
The objective of the LEAP LSI Phases A, B, C, and D will be to design, develop and build a scientific
instrument(s) that could be delivered to the lunar surface in order to demonstrate and confirm the
feasibility, value and benefits of the proposed scientific instrument(s) for validating technology and
conducting opportunistic science on the Moon, and to demonstrate the validity of the mission
requirements as well as the development of the system requirements for the scientific instrument. |

For all information pertaining to the Request for Proposal (RFP) Lunar Exploration Accelerator
Program (LEAP) Science Instruments Phases ABCDEF, including how to access the bid solicitation
documents, on how to bid, SAP Ariba Supplier registration instructions, etc., please consult
the tender notice posted on CanadaBuys and the associated Ariba Discovery posting
for further details, including any amendments to the RFP. Bids must only be submitted through CanadaBuys (SAP Ariba) by the date and time indicated in the bid
solicitation. All bids submitted through other means will neither be accepted nor considered.
20% INDIRECT COSTS CAN BE INCLUDED IN BUDGET. |

NOTE: All research-related grant applications, letters of intent, contracts and agreements requiring an institutional or organizational signature must submit related documents to the Office of Research Services for review and approval. Requests for institutional signature should be received a minimum of five to ten business days before the
