Funds will be transfered to a new Research Account in the name of the Junior Anesthesia faculty member who is awarded up to $10,000 in the annual Dept Competition. The competition is adjudicated by the Academic Affairs Committee in the Dept of Anesthesia and Periop, Medicine. |

Requests for institutional signature should be received a minimum of five to ten business days before the
