Description: |
The Team Breathe Research award is a peer reviewed application process that supports pulmonary research or development projects and offers grants-in-aid (GIAs) for research operating costs, including laboratory supplies, technicians and some equipment for one year. The Ontario Lung Association (OLA) manages the Team Breathe Research award program application and peer review processes as well as making the funding decisions and administering the awards, taking into account application budgets and competition results. |

Open only to Ontario Thoracic Society (OTS) and Ontario Respiratory Care Society (ORCS) members.
Please review the guidelines for full eligibility requirements. Application process involves two steps: Registration (Nov 15, 2019) and Application (Dev 16, 2019)
The application signature form must be printed out, signed by all parties and uploaded with the electronic application form.ONLY THE DIRECT COSTS OF RESEARCH ARE SUPPORTED |

NOTE: All Letters of Intent and Full Applications must be processed through Research Development & Services for institutional approval. Requests for Institutional approvals should be received no less than 3 days prior to the posted Sponsor deadline. A ROLA Proposal (bearing applicant, Chair and Dean electronic approvals) is required for each submission. |
