Description: |
The primary aim of the MS Society of Canada (MSSOC) is to stimulate and support research in multiple sclerosis (MS). The MSSOC welcomes applications that are fundamental as well as applied studies, non-clinical or clinical in nature, including projects in patient management, care and rehabilitation. In order to carry this out, the MSSOC welcomes applications for funds from researchers with studies related to MS which may serve in any way to advance the mission of the MSSOC The MSSOC will consider any bona fide request for research or training support relevant to the MSSOC's mission. Research and training with direct applicability to individuals with multiple sclerosis (MS) is encouraged wherever practical and possible. |

There are two streams of research, biomedical and clinical and population health. The MS Society of Canada (MSSC) uses an online research grants and awards management system that enables researchers to submit, and review, applications on the Web. The system is called Easygrants and can be accessed through the following website:

NOTE: All Letters of Intent and Full Applications must be processed through Research Development & Services for institutional approval. Requests for Institutional approvals should be received no less than 3 days prior to the posted Sponsor deadline. A ROLA Proposal (bearing applicant, Chair and Dean electronic approvals) is required for each submission. |
