Description: |
The ALZ Discovery Grant Program will aim to fund projects that leverage and utilize data sets such as those now available through the MODEL-AD AD Knowledge Portal or MODEL-AD and related animal models available through The Jackson Laboratory for new research proposals. The maximum grant amount is $250,000, with anticipated funding ranges to be $100,000 to $250,000 depending on the project scope and resources utilized.

This opportunity has a two stage process: A letter of intent followed by a full application if invited. For those invited to submit a full application, additional materials will be required. Templates and instructions will be provided after LOI approval.10% INDIRECT COSTS SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN YOUR BUDGET |
NOTE: All Letters of Intent and Full Applications must be processed through Research Development & Services for institutional approval. Requests for Institutional approvals should be received no less than 3 days prior to the posted Sponsor deadline. A ROLA Proposal (bearing applicant, Chair and Dean electronic approvals) is required for each submission. |
