Proof of Concept Grants are designed to fund established researchers in conducting innovative, high-risk and high-reward approaches to dementia research. Please do not submit existing hypotheses. The most favoured applications in the Proof of Concept Grants program are those which focus on challenging new directions in research into Alzheimer?s disease and other dementias. |

Application Details: |
Principal investigators must hold a faculty position at a Canadian Institution at least equivalent to the rank of Assistant Professor. Successful Letters of Intent will be invited to submit an application to the program by November 4th, 2022 to ASC, using the online portal: https://asc.smapply.ca/INDIRECT COSTS ARE NOT AN ELIGIBLE EXPENSE |

NOTE: All Letters of Intent and Full Applications must be processed through Research Development & Services for institutional approval. Requests for Institutional approvals should be received no less than 3 days prior to the posted Sponsor deadline. A ROLA Proposal (bearing applicant, Chair and Dean electronic approvals) is required for each submission. |
