Campus Police bike and property sale a success
Campus Police held their semi-annual found bike and property sale on May 28. There were only 12 bicycles available due, in part, to a successful bike registration/U-lock program. Approximately 200 people attended. The bikes were quickly sold in less than 15 minutes. Fifteen people also took advantage of the opportunity to register their bikes and received a free U-lock. The found property sale was conducted at 11:00 at the UCC atrium. This event was also a success with virtually all property sold in 45 minutes. A grand total of $1045 was raised. These funds will be donated to local charities. CCPS wish to thank all who participated in helping make these events a success.
