This workshop will help you anticipate and identify sources of stress, and introduce you to strategies to avoid or minimize stress. Reflect on your current state of resilience and adapt your stress management strategy to reach your potential without burning out in graduate school.

This workshop will introduce you to the factors contributing to your mental and overall health, and will help you identify aspects of your health that are most often neglected in graduate school.
