This workshop will help you anticipate and identify sources of stress, and introduce you to strategies to avoid or minimize stress. Reflect on your current state of resilience and adapt your stress management strategy to reach your potential without burning out in graduate school.

Stress Management for Doctoral Students

The demanding responsibilities of graduate school often mean that we neglect aspects of our health. This workshop will introduce you to the factors contributing to your mental and overall health, and will help you identify aspects of your health that are most often neglected in graduate school. Feel confident developing a proactive wellness strategy to maintain balance and promote wellness in your life and the life of those around you to maximize your productivity as a doctoral student.
