If you wish to use ITRC equipment outside of regular office hours, an equipment rental system is available to Western faculty, graduate students, and staff.
All use of ITRC equipment must be initiated by a faculty member and the equipment must be used to create instructional materials. Equipment loans will be approved as long as the request is reasonable and doesn't conflict with internal ITRC use. A form must be completed stating your contact information, the equipment being borrowed, and any other necessary accessories.
