Looking for ways to stay active while staying at home and working on social distancing? Sports and Recreation wants our Mustangs to be able to stay active, so our Western Campus Recreation Fitness is going LIVE on Instagram @Western_Rec with daily classes.
Learn how to access custom developed training sessions created by the world’s best trainers. Lift by LifeWorks, by Morneau Shepell provides a full suite of fitness offerings without ever stepping outside your house.
Join members of our community for some fitness/wellness fun from anywhere you can get comfortable. Choose from activities like Zumba, Yoga, Meditation, Aerobics and Strength classes. The majority of classes are streamed through Zoom Conferencing or Instagram Live. Class schedules and updates can be found on their Facebook or Instagram page.
Gain access to over 600 full length workout videos for free. There is something for everyone – from beginner to workout warrior. Most of these workouts require little to no equipment and can be done from the office or home.
Looking for a fun cardio workout to do at home? Join "Tee" for half-hour workouts that are gauranteed to get your heart rate up, burn calories, and strengthen your muscles.
