Your name and email address have been submitted to Human Resources to register your association with a Western department.

By registering, you will be assigned a Western Identification Number* that provides access to appropriate University resources and services.

Personal information (including the last 4 digits of your Canadian Social Insurance Number) is required to ensure that a unique ID number is assigned or reassigned to you. If you do not have a Canadian SIN, do not proceed any further and instead obtain a Register New Associated Persons form through the Department Contact noted in your email notification to complete the registration process.

*Already have a Western ID number or student number? While registering, select Option 1 under “Please select the option which best describes your status”. Next, check all boxes which apply and type your current or former Western ID number and/or student number.
