Wellness Week 2019

Student Experience, in collaboration with the Wellness Education Centre, the University Students' Council, the Society of Graduate Students', Student Health Services, and various partners on and off campus, aim to create awareness regarding mental health and wellness throughout our community.

Events Schedule*

Tuesday, October 1, 2019

Yoga in the Mustang Lounge, 12-1p.m., mats provided.  (ALL)

CRA Career Day, 10a.m.-3p.m., UCC Atrium. On-the-spot job interviews, student workshops, panel discussions & more!  Details here   (STUDENT)

Therapy Dogs,2-3p.m., Location: UCC Community Room (second floor UCC)   (ALL)

Tea Time, 3-5p.m., Location: UCC 38B (Western Chaplain). Spiritual wellness means developing a better understanding of your personal beliefs and values so that you can choose actions and behaviours that are consistent with them. Carve out a little time for your own mental and spiritual wellness, and take advantage of the spaces and resources that will help you maintain a healthy balance. At this event you will meet members of Western Chaplaincy. There are also a number of other faith-based groups and resources at Western.
