Mental Health Learning Modules
Interactive Learning Mental Health Module
At Western, we are committed to fostering a community that actively promotes mental health. As a community member you are encouraged to complete this on-line learning module.
This module is 30 minutes in length and provides participants with a basic understanding of Mental Health issues and of available campus and community resources. It covers the topics of Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Suicide and Eating Disorders. It is available to all Western students, faculty and staff. After successful completion, participants receive a certificate confirming their participation in the course. Western only has ONE version of the module, however, staff/faculty and students are required to sign in through different points of access.
Help: If you are a student who is recorded on My Human Resources due to employment, volunteer work or required safety training (e.g. 4th year thesis students; Nursing, etc.) please select the Faculty & Staff version.
Login in with the same Western User ID used for My Human Resources. You must first sign the Acceptable Use Agreement for this user ID and wait 15 minutes before joining the site on OWL.
If you are still experiencing difficulty entering the module, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
