At Western, we have erased the notion that entrepreneurial mindsets cannot be learned.
Through a collaborative, campuswide effort, led by the Morrissette Institute for Entrepreneurship at Ivey Business School, we are developing Western Entrepreneurship, an idea ecosystem dedicated to embedding the skills necessary for our members to think like an entrepreneur for their entire life.
Thanks to a combination of teaching, research, programming, collaboration and support, Western Entrepreneurship is focused not on products, but on people.
Here, you can harness resources and expertise from across the university to articulate a vision; develop an idea; advance and test a prototype; receive guidance and advice from Western faculty and staff; and access the expertise and connections of the Canadian entrepreneurial and investment communities.
As such, Entrepreneurship at Western is dedicated to one goal: Make Western the university that best develops entrepreneurs.
