The patient describes a 2 day history of cough, runny nose, and sneezing.. She felt so bad yesterday that she had to take the day off of work. She also describes pain when she presses on her cheeks and forehead. The patient describes the nasal discharge as clear and watery. She says she coughs and brings up thick, yellow sputum. Her cough is usually worse at night.
