Education and training are taking on new significance in today’s increasingly competitive global economy as a result of ongoing workplace, occupational and demographic change. The skills and knowledge required today are constantly evolving, resulting in a growing need for training and education at all levels of the organization and at all stages of our lives. Many employers now include the development and delivery of in-house training as part of their strategy for meeting their workplace learning needs.

This program is presented using a hybrid of in-class and online formats. Each course will be graded on a combination of in-class participation, online participation and completion of assignments and/or case studies, where applicable. Students can expect to spend 10 hours per week during the online portion of the course. While each course may be taken as a stand-alone module, the program is highly integrated and courses are designed to be taken sequentially as outlined below.

All adult education courses are enhanced with online learning. Participants require access to the Internet. Click here for details and system requirements.
