Parkinson’s Enhancing Participation Program Registration
Description: This fee covers registration in the Parkinson’s Enhancing Participation Program.
$100.00 (tax exempt)
Certification/Renewal Admin Fee
Description: This fee covers processing of certifications and renewals not completed online in MyCCAA by the user or group leader. To avoid paying this fee visit the MyCCAA FAQ page for help completing your renewal or certification in MyCCAA.
Facilitator Renewal Fee
Description: This fee covers a one year renewal for one (or multiple) CCAA Facilitator certification(s) (TEP-F, HSEP-F, BALL-F and GFAL-F).
