Renewal & Certification Payment Information

The CCAA is currently accepting renewal and certification payments via credit card (Visa or MasterCard) over the phone. Please email us or call 519.661.2111 ext. 87220 to make a payment.

A variety of fees associated with CCAA training and certification can be paid through the CCAA Shop.

Description: This fee covers registration in the Parkinson’s Enhancing Participation Program.

$100.00 (tax exempt)

Description: This fee covers processing of certifications and renewals not completed online in MyCCAA by the user or group leader. To avoid paying this fee visit the MyCCAA FAQ page for help completing your renewal or certification in MyCCAA.

Description: This fee covers a one year renewal for one (or multiple) CCAA Facilitator certification(s) (TEP-F, HSEP-F, BALL-F and GFAL-F).
